Disputes
We have chosen to use Binding Arbitration as a means by which any disputes can be settled fairly by an independent organisation at a relatively low cost, typically 199.00 USD per case. Arbitration is an ideal avenue for providing justice to individuals who cannot easily access the Thai legal system due to cost or geographical constraints.

The only interest is fairness and a level playing field for all concerned.
Arbitration is normally confidential in two ways. Number one, there is no public record of the case as would be if the matter went to court. And number two, the arbitrator’s records are protected from disclosure. A confidentiality agreement shall be signed as a private agreement between Buddhist-amulets.com and correspondant party promising not to make public the case or reveal the arbitration decision. Both parties agree to be bound by the decision.
Thai Courts
Where a dispute has been made known public through the interent and in particular as a form of negative publicity we reserve the right to nominate the Thai courts as the sole form of juristiction.
