The images on the Pha yant are those of Mae Toranee riding Gilen, surrounded by sacred yant and kathas. The Pha Yant is stamped with the Temple logos and the serial number 002483. This yant should be kept in the pocket or handbag or alternatively may be hung on the wall at home for protection.
The Ghilen is a mythical creature of the Buddhist Himmapan forest. It's regarded as an animal-god who punishes the wicked with its single horn. It protects the just and grants them good luck. Seeing one is considered an omen of extreme good luck - if one is a virtuous person.
The creature was a result of the combination of 5 primary elements; earth, water, fire, wood, and metal. Some say a Ghilen can live up to several thousand years.
