Don't confuse this amulet with the modern day incarnations of Wat Tam Fad. Almost all the amulets produced at the temple in recent years are made from 'Rae' a sacred ore and not Lek-Lai.

The old abbot, Luang Phor Samrit, was probably one of Thailand 's most famous guru monks and his Lek-Lai amulets were known to be both highly efficacious and the genuine mcoy.

Unfortunately the temple has become a tourist trap in recent years and the current abbot Luang Phor Wachara produces amulets for the masses.

The beauty of this amulet is hard to describe in words, but suffice to say its simply one of the most stunning amulets that I have ever seen and we have been more than fortunate to have acquired this example.

If you are looking for a genuine Lek-Lai amulet you would find it almost impossible to source a genuine amulet better than this for a sensible amount. Furthermore we absolutely guarantee the authenticity.

I have never seen a genuine Lek-Lai amulet for sale on the internet. All those that I have seen are invariably fakes, copies or just plain junk, and what's even more disturbing is that you will be charged hundreds of dollars for the privilige of owning this rubbish.

This could well be the only opportunity you will have to possess a quality Lek-Lai amulet that will never depreciate in value. Once this amulet is sold, we will never be able to source another. This amulet was produced in very limited numbers and features in almost all reference books on Lek-Lai and Wat Tam Fad. Essentially it is the supreme creation of Luang Phor Samrit

Wat Tam Fad was established by Luang Phor Samrit who unfortunately passed away on the 4th February 1996 at the age of 73. His successor is Luang Phor Watchara Akawonno, previously the main disciple of LP Samrit and now current Abbot.

Luang Phor Samrit (Phra Kru Karn ChaNaKitJaTorn) established Wat Tam Fad firmly on the map when he revealed the mysterious world of Lek-Lai to the general public. He is known as one of a very few monks that had sufficiently strong meditative powers to be able to control Lek-Lai. It was said that his powers were truely divine and that his great montra was heaven sent

Lunag Phor Samrit sourced the Leklai used in these amulets from unknown caves deep in the impregnable jungles and mountains around Kanchanaburi province.

This particular amulet has dual balls of lek-lai embedded in the chest of the Buddha. Known as Ta Rad Lek-Lai it has a grey sheen and found within inaccessible crevices deep in the caves of Tad mountain.

Ta Rad Lek-Lai is characterised by its strange magnetic properties and is usually ball or capsule shaped. Almost impossible to find unless the monk is spiritually attuned. It is said that this Lek-lai is the property of Gandharvars or the mountain spirit, and he has to be appeased before the LeK-lai can be removed during a sacred ceremony detailed in my article, LekLai-The Truth

Through ancient incantations the amulet is imbued with supernatural powers, providing the wearer with unprecedented levels of protection from evil spirits, multiple gun shots, accidents, courage and self confidence.

Ramad in Khmer language means rhinoceros. Ramad is a Himapan creature which derived from an actual animal. Ramad is also a mean of transportation for one of the Hindu gods, Akkanee (God of Fire).

Akkanee or Agni, Hindu God of Fire is one of the most important of the Hindu Vedic gods. He is the god of fire, and much of his importance comes from the role of fire in sacrifices and rituals. As the fire which consumes the offerings to the gods, he is seen as the mediator between heaven and earth.
