A much sought afrter pim, Somdej Prok Pho on the front and on the revserse the Earth Godess, Mae Toranee, wringing water from her hair. In a popular Buddhist story Mae Toranee helps Buddha by washing away demons that were trying to tempt him while he was meditating and just before he reached enlightenment.
This amulet is made from sacred powders and herbs before being soaked in holy oil. This is large pim (pim yai) and very rare now.
It was recorded that Luang Phor Kuay had owned a book called “Kru Rang”, which was full of sacred spells. It was said that only monks or ascetics had sufficient sacred power to open and read the volume. Should it be opened by an ordinary person his life may be damned.
It was known that the book contained many sacred spells, to dispel evil, protection from weapons, and a scared spell to call upon Mae Thorani, or the goddess of the earth.
LP Kuay was a disciple of LP Sri, Wat Phra Prang,
