Standard Shipping is via International Courier Service
We ship all orders via EMS International Courier in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on the size of the order. All orders are fully insured against loss and damage. A tracking / reference number will be issued with every purchase.
Average time to shipment is 10-14 days. This allows us sufficient time to prepare and pack your order properly.
You should only enquire about shipment status if you do not receive notification after 14 days

All orders are posted in strict chronological order. We will not under any circumnstances expediate shipment as it only leads to problems
Acts of god or politcal unrest may cause delays and we cannot be held responsible for such incidences. We will do our best to inform you should there be an unexpected delay in shipment

We do not ship by standard or registered airmail unless by prior agreement.

All our mail is fully insured against loss and damage. In the unlikely event that your package is lost we will either re-imburse the full payment or your purchase will be replaced.
A package is considered delivered once signed for at the destinatioon.
Unless advised ortherwise we will declare the contents of every package and your parcel may be subject to custom checks. We cannot be held responsible for any import duties, tax or customs seizure.
Returns & Exchange Policy
All our amulets are sold on a sale or return basis. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the amulets to us for a full refund less the postage costs and a 20% restocking charge. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be received in the condition that they were sent. Any damages will void our obligation to offer a refund.
Amulets acquired for a client from a third party cannot be returned for a refund unless authenticity is in doubt.
All our amulets are guaranteed to be genuine. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, the amulet may be returned at any time. Amulet will be re-assessed with a competent organisation. and if the claim is found to be genuine a full refund will be made. This may take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to complete.
Please note that if the amulet is found to be genuine a charge will be levied for the costs involved for the appraisal, typically about 50.00 UK Pounds per amulet. In such cases the relevant certification will be issued.
