Luang Phor Ngern created many
amulets during his life , two of
which made him very famous
indeed, and are instantly
recognizable by almost every
amulet collector, namely;
Roop-lor-loi-ong and Rian-lor
Pim Jop.
These amulets were divided into
two Pims or styles as follows:
1. Pim Kee-Ta amulets so called
because of the presence of a
tear shaped imperfection near
the left eye of the image.
2. Pim Niyom or Pim Baotoop
amulets, created from specially
designed moulds, making the pim
appear almost perfect.

Roop-lor-loi-ong amulets
were made of a
sacred alloy containing
metals such as brass,
Tongdokbuab and silver.
As these were made
almost 100 years ago you
will note many
imperfections and stains
giving them a unique
style.
Today it is these
surface blemishes that
aid in the
authentication.
The Roop-lor-loi-ong
(Pim Niyom) amulets have
been accepted by most
experts as one of the
kingdoms most enduring
and popular amulets,
rating amongst the great
pims from Wat Rakang,
and Wat Bangkhunprom
They are highly
respected for the
power to protect
worshippers from danger
whilst also increasing
good fortune, charm,
and success.
Interestingly these
amulets were previously
known as "Roop Lor
Chanitklom" but later
the name was changed to
Pim Niyom because of
their popularity.

Amulets in this group feature an
image of Luang Phor Ngern
Buddhachote in meditation on the
front, surrounded with 51 little
pills. The top features a
hanging loop.
2. Pim Jop Lek (Pim Lek)
Amulets in this group also
feature an image of Luang Phor
Ngern Buddhachote in meditation
on the front but no little pills
similar to those seen on the Pim
Yai.
Each amulet was also attached on
top with a little ring, but
without the pills on it.

B.E.2460 by the smith of
Barnchanglor Village,
Thonburi Province.
(later part of the
Bangkok metropolis)
All the amulets were
consecrated during a
sacred ceremony held at
Wat Wungtago by Luang
Phor Ngern and many
