A Community Project - Introduction

Most Thai Amulets forums are poorly managed, rarely create a community spirit and have little to offer the average collector.

If you are a member of an amulet forum you will understand the limitations of such a confined space and the negative impact that this can have upon community spirit. You will also know that friction quickly develops as members follow different agendas, further intensified by unecessary rules and regulations to control the degradation.

Poor management of a forum, or management with its own agenda outside that of providing a discussion space has led to some exceptionally poor forums.

Siam-Amulets.Com has taken a vastly different approach to these issues by developing a full portal, consisting of over 250,000 lines of code and more than 20 integrated modules. Here you will find room to create your own space, express yourself, be an individual, become as involved as you wish, form your own private clubs and forums, in fact a genuine community but without the inherent disadvantages of a generic forum.

Our new forum has been designed specifically for Thai Amulet Collectors and enthusiasts, with the aim of facilitating cooperation and information-sharing worldwide. It will enable all concerned to share information online and together develop a community resource with data on Thai amulets, Thai monks and other areas of mutual interest.

Whats more  we are working towards a closer integration of the portal content with our global 'Thai Amulet' search engine, including user content, blogs, shops and amulets.
