What are loyalty points & how do I get some?
When you shop with us, every purchase is worth loyalty points. Every £10.00 pounds spent will earn you 1 loyalty point and you can choose to spend or save these points over time. Each loyalty has an equivalent value of £1.00 discount., so a purchase of £100.00 will give you 10 loyalty points and a £10.00 discount on a subsequent order.
Loyalty points do not expire, and there is no limit to the amount you can collect before you use them. Loyalty points cannot be used on any items already on sale or against orders where a discount has been negotiated.
Apart from points on purchases, we also give you FREE loyalty points for helping us to improve our site and service. FREE points are available to registered customers who complete our questionnaires, upload articles for publication and other special promotions which we will run from time to time.
How do I use loyalty points?
Loyalty points are automatically assigned to your account. It may take up to 48 hours for your points to show incase of returns or manual adjustments.
You can see how many points you have collected by logging into your account. You can do this by clicking the 'my account' link at the top of this page.
When you get to the checkout, you will again see how many loyalty points available to you which you can choose to spend or save before you complete the order.
If you choose to spend the avaialable discount, your order value will be adjusted accordingly.
